Conditional Approval — Upon a thorough assessment of your application, including serviceability checks and credit verifications, we issue conditional approval. We prioritise transparency and efficiency throughout this stage.
Becoming the Wakeel — As the client or Wakeel (agent) of Halal Loans, you take charge of identifying the property you wish to purchase. We work closely with you to ensure alignment with Islamic banking principles at every step.
Entering the Ijarah Contract — Once the property is identified, you enter into an Ijarah contract with Halal Loans. This contract stipulates regular rental payment commitments while Halal Loans holds the property, and you build towards full ownership.
